Sizes of the State fees for the services provided by the State Medicines Control Agency are changing from 1st of July 2010. New or changed sizes of fees are annually determined by the Government following the Law on State Fees of the Republic of Lithuania. The decision made by the Government on 2nd of June 2010 “Regarding amendment of the Decision NO 1458 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 15 December 2000 “Regarding approval of the list of State fee objects, sizes of the fees and rules on payment and refund” comes into force from 1st of July (only in Lithuanian).
